Who run the world? GIRLS. Apparently they’re also running the Wine & Music Festival on June 24 to support the Women’s Museum of California. The festival marks the museum’s ninth annual fundraising event, held in Liberty Station in Point Loma from 6 to 10 p.m. on the North Promenade Lawn. New this year, several live bands will be performing during the festival, which is typically attended by more than 1,000 people.
Tickets are available for $35 and include a seat in the concert area and six wine tastings from local wineries. VIP tickets are $75 and include a table near the stage, two bottles of wine per table, and an invitation to the VIP happy hour. Event proceeds help fund the museum’s educational programming and original exhibits. Let’s give it up for the ladiesssssss!
